“THE SOUL NEVER THINKS WITHOUT A PICTURE”

THE SOUL NEVER THINKS WITHOUT A PICTURE” – Aristotle
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Someone once told me “There is no need to paint me pretty pictures”. I think that this world is made up of two types of people. The ones who just get on with life day in and day out at a job that they do not really enjoy, and the ones who dream impossible dreams and picture what they want to achieve day in and day out.

Research has proven that if we can picture in our minds what we want to achieve, it is a method in programming ourselves towards our goals. The word for this is “manifesting”.

Yes, I am a person who likes to paint pictures of what I envisage the future to be, for me if I can “see” it, so therefore I can achieve it. I never realized the full potential of the above quote by Aristotle until recently. Thrown into a situation where self doubt prevailed was also an opportunity to change the future. The desire to change the situation enabled the mind to free itself from all constraints of doubt and inferiority. It is akin to painting with a fresh pallet of colors. Ideas were not in short supply, selecting the right one was a little more tricky. I finally had a new picture to paint. As an artist lays his brush and colors down to paper, so it was in my mind. So came about my new “pretty picture”.

The fascinating thing about pictures in the mind is it leads you to pathways on how you can achieve realizing this picture in life. Some may say that you stumble upon these pathways due to luck or being in the right place at the right time. We underestimate the potential of our minds to create “luck” incidences. Our usage of the human brain is only 10%, of all our six senses, we only utilize five. Individuals who visualize more are those who make use of their creative side frequently rendering them more open in using their intuition. This little extra capability enables them to spot opportunity and using it in their journey to achievement. Though the path to success is never easy and there are always obstacles in the way, having the mind to map your pathway makes the pictures in your dreams more attainable.

At my lowest moment, when I set my mind free to dream again, I acquired the most profound ambition that a lot of people would have rediculed me for. It was not something I was familiar with and neither was it something that I alone would have been able to achieve. Believing in my “pictures” has lead me to find the right product, people and resources to bring me nearer to my goal. Every morning and every night, I spend 30 minutes reliving my “picture” with all my five senses.

The power of the mind is an amazing phenomenon!
